At My Own Tours Pvt Ltd., we strive to provide the best travel services. However, we understand that cancellations and changes may occur. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.
General Refund Policy
• All refund requests must be made in writing via email to our official customer support team.
• Refunds are subject to cancellation charges as per the terms outlined below
• Processing time for refunds is typically 7-14 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Tour Packages
• Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure: Eligible for a full refund after deducting processing fees.
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 75% refund after deducting applicable fees.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund after deducting applicable fees.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable.
Note: Refunds for hotel bookings, airline tickets, and third-party services depend on the respective supplier’s policies.
Visa Services
• Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective embassy/consulate.
• If a visa application is rejected, no refund will be provided.
Flight & Hotel Bookings
• Refunds for flight and hotel bookings are subject to the airline and hotel’s policies.
• Some bookings may be non-refundable, while others may allow cancellations with applicable charges.
Force Majeure
• In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed travel bans, or emergencies, refunds will be processed as per the service provider’s policies.
Payment Gateway Charges
• Payment gateway fees are non-refundable in all cases.
• Any deductions made by banks or third-party payment providers are not within our control.
Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
• Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
