CANCELLATION POLICY
OVERVIEW
At My Own Tours Pvt Ltd., we understand that travel plans can change. Below are our cancellation terms and conditions for various services.
General Cancellation Policy
• All cancellation requests must be sent via email to our official customer support team.
• Cancellations will only be accepted during business hours.
• Cancellation charges apply based on the type of service booked.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
Tour Packages
• Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 25% refund after deducting applicable fees.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
Note: If the booking includes non-refundable services such as flights, hotels, or third-party activities, their respective cancellation policies will apply.
Visa Services
• Once a visa application has been submitted to the embassy/consulate, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be provided.
• If the visa process has not yet started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
Flight & Hotel Bookings
• Flight and hotel cancellations are subject to the airline/hotel’s cancellation policies
• Some fares are non-refundable, while others may allow cancellations with applicable charges.
Force Majeure
• If cancellations occur due to unavoidable circumstances like natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we will work with suppliers to offer rescheduling or credit options.
• Refunds in such cases are subject to third-party policies.
No-Show Policy
• If a customer does not show up for the booked tour, flight, or hotel reservation, no refund will be provided.
Payment Gateway & Processing Fees
• Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
• Any deductions made by banks or third-party payment providers are beyond our control.
Cancellation Process
• To request a cancellation, email us at info@myownholidays.com with your booking details.
• Once the cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
